What exactly is Alkatide?
A gummy you chew once a day that contains apple cider vinegar, apple pectin and citric acid. Thirty gummies to a bottle, so one bottle is a month. It is a dietary supplement made to sit alongside how you already eat, not to replace any part of it.
When in the day should I take it?
