Returns and refunds
Sixty days, counted from the day you order. Here is exactly how it works and the one mistake that costs people their money.
The terms in four lines
- 60 days from purchase, not from delivery. Shipping time comes out of your window.
- 30 days of genuine use is asked for before a refund request, which is fair given nothing here works in a fortnight, and still leaves you a month.
- Official store orders only. A marketplace purchase is not covered.
- Keep the order number and the email address you ordered with.
The four steps
- Find the order number on your confirmation email.
- Email [email protected] with the order number, the purchase date and one line of reason. "It did not do anything for me" is a complete reason. You do not owe anyone an explanation.
- Follow the return instructions that come back, and keep the tracking number for anything you post.
- Keep the emails until the money appears on your statement.
The mistake. Almost every refund complaint in this industry comes down to the same thing: the window closed while the person was still waiting to see whether it worked. Shipping eats a week or two, the policy asks for 30 days of use, and 60 days from purchase arrives sooner than anyone expects. Diary it the day you order.
What happens next
Return instructions usually arrive within one to two business days. Follow them exactly. Once the return is received and processed the refund goes back to the original payment method. How fast it shows on your statement is your bank's decision rather than ours, and five to ten business days is normal.
Shipping
The 3 and 6-bottle packs ship free within the United States. Shipping on the 2-bottle pack is $9.99. Delivery estimates appear at checkout and vary by location.
Damaged or wrong items
If a package arrives damaged or containing something other than what you ordered, email [email protected] with the order number and a photograph. These are handled as replacements rather than refunds and they do not count against your 60 days.
Changing your mind before dispatch
Email as soon as you can with the order number. If it has not shipped we can usually cancel outright, which is faster for everyone than posting a parcel back.
Bought somewhere else
This policy covers official store orders only. We have no record of marketplace orders, no way to know how the product was stored and no ability to refund them. The checks worth running are on where to buy.
